Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,604 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of adaptive immune response, Olfactory bulb interneuron development, and Chromosomal 5-methylcytosine DNA demethylation pathway. Each is linked with PCDH9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH9-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH9 results are reported.
