Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCDH7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCDH7 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PCDH7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCDH7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, COAD, and SARC are the cancer types where PCDH7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
