PCDH7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,943 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCDH7_S1011, PCDH7_S989, and MMP2. Each is linked with PCDH7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH7 versus PCDH7_S1011 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
