Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,237 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA5, PTP4A3, and GPATCH3. Each is linked with PCDH7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA5 grouped by PCDH7-low versus PCDH7-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
