Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, PKC-b-II_pS660, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with PCDH7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH7 results are reported.
