PCDH7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,057 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC16, FBXW10, and TTC33. Each is linked with PCDH7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC16 grouped by PCDH7-low versus PCDH7-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
