PCDH20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH20-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, LCE3D, and OR14C36. Each is linked with PCDH20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH20-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPVF grouped by PCDH20-low versus PCDH20-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH20→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
