PCDH18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,034 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GUCY1B1, TNS2, and SORBS3. Each is linked with PCDH18 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH18-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
