PCDH12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,755 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA4, FHL3, and NID2. Each is linked with PCDH12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH12 versus LAMA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
