PCDH12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,266 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are F2RL3, DYSF, and ESAM. Each is linked with PCDH12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH12 versus F2RL3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
