Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, INPP4B, and Notch1. Each is linked with PCDH12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PCDH12-low versus PCDH12-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
