Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,681 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PCDH12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH12 results are reported.
