PCDH12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 721 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1A1, NPVF, and GLYATL3. Each is linked with PCDH12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1A1 grouped by PCDH12-low versus PCDH12-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
