Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCDH11Y Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCDH11Y data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PCDH11Y Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCDH11Y expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SCLC, and ESCA are the cancer types where PCDH11Y Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
