Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,384 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVA, HMCN1, and PRKG1. Each is linked with PCDH10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH10 versus PARVA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
