Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,607 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF12, DNAJC27, and ATPAF1. Each is linked with PCDH10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH10 results are reported.
