PCDH10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,158 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ3, B3GNT4, and RAI2. Each is linked with PCDH10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ3 grouped by PCDH10-low versus PCDH10-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
