Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eEF2, and ASNS. Each is linked with PCDH10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by PCDH10-low versus PCDH10-high in STAD.
