PCDH10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,470 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC4L, SGCB, and PRRT3. Each is linked with PCDH10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH10 versus PABPC4L in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
