Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,399 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR1A, INSL5, and NUTM2A. Each is linked with PCDH10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR1A grouped by PCDH10-low versus PCDH10-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
