PCBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,957 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, POLR2E, and SF3B3. Each is linked with PCBP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-PCBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
