Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,837 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF34, RBM28, and ANAPC1. Each is linked with PCBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-PCBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
