PCBD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCBD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCATP1, RPL23AP90, and KMT2B. Each is linked with PCBD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCBD2-to-partner and partner-to-PCBD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCATP1 grouped by PCBD2-low versus PCBD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
