Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCBD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, Di-Ras3, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PCBD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCBD2-to-partner and partner-to-PCBD2 results are reported.
