PCBD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCBD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,699 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCBD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPA1, IDE, and SEC24C. Each is linked with PCBD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PCBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCBD1 versus PPA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
