PCAT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCAT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,247 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCAT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFU1, TFAM, and HSPE1. Each is linked with PCAT7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCAT7-to-partner and partner-to-PCAT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCAT7 versus NFU1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCAT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCAT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
