Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,736 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCAT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Positive regulation of establishment of protein localization to telomere, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with PCAT2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCAT2-to-partner and partner-to-PCAT2 results are reported.
