PCAT19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCAT19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,196 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCAT19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASIP1, PALMD, and RASIP1_S41. Each is linked with PCAT19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCAT19-to-partner and partner-to-PCAT19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCAT19 versus RASIP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCAT19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCAT19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
