PCARE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCARE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCARE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPR, SRM, and PRDX6. Each is linked with PCARE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCARE-to-partner and partner-to-PCARE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCARE versus SPR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCARE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCARE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
