PCARE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCARE RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,042 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCARE-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLK3, LORICRIN, and OR8K3. Each is linked with PCARE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCARE-to-partner and partner-to-PCARE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCARE versus DCLK3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCARE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCARE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
