PCARE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCARE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 506 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCARE-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA5, MND1, and SDC4. Each is linked with PCARE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCARE-to-partner and partner-to-PCARE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LILRA5 grouped by PCARE-low versus PCARE-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCARE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCARE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
