Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,522 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP1A1, TUBA1C, and NTRK2. Each is linked with PC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PC-to-partner and partner-to-PC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PC versus ATP1A1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
