Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,972 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PC-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHX1, NTRK2, and SYT12. Each is linked with PC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PC-to-partner and partner-to-PC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PC versus EPHX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
