Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PCNA, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with PC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PC-to-partner and partner-to-PC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PC-low versus PC-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
