The most reproducible PC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, RISC complex assembly, and Positive regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with PC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PC-to-partner and partner-to-PC results are reported.
