PC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 432 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFSD6L, RGSL1, and GRM6. Each is linked with PC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PC-to-partner and partner-to-PC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MFSD6L grouped by PC-low versus PC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
