PBX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,636 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD40, MAPKAP1, and BPTF. Each is linked with PBX3 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX3-to-partner and partner-to-PBX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBX3 versus ANKRD40 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
