Across TCGA cell cohorts, PBX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,726 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, Cellular response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, and Vascular endothelial cell response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with PBX3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX3-to-partner and partner-to-PBX3 results are reported.
