Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PBX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MSH6, and JNK2. Each is linked with PBX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX2-to-partner and partner-to-PBX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
