PBOV1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBOV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,975 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBOV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, ARFGEF3_S1991, and ARFGEF3_S2081. Each is linked with PBOV1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBOV1-to-partner and partner-to-PBOV1 results are reported.
