PBOV1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBOV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBOV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4756, MIR4530, and MIR425. Each is linked with PBOV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBOV1-to-partner and partner-to-PBOV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4756 grouped by PBOV1-low versus PBOV1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBOV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBOV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
