PBDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF2AK2, IGBP1, and TSHZ1_S671. Each is linked with PBDC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PBDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBDC1 versus EIF2AK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
