PBDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,819 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMX2, LAS1L, and TIMM8A. Each is linked with PBDC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PBDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBDC1 versus RBMX2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
