Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PBDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PBDC1 results are reported.
