Across TCGA cell cohorts, PBDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,828 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBDC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear histone mRNA catabolic process, 'de novo' cotranslational protein folding, and 'de novo' protein folding. Each is linked with PBDC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PBDC1 results are reported.
