PAXIP1-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXIP1-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,603 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXIP1-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VDAC2_S115, RPL5, and RPL6. Each is linked with PAXIP1-AS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXIP1-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-PAXIP1-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAXIP1-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAXIP1-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
