PAXBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,529 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18B, LRRC59, and SLC35B1. Each is linked with PAXBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAXBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18B grouped by PAXBP1-low versus PAXBP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAXBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAXBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
