Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Annexin-1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PAXBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAXBP1 results are reported.
