Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAXBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,164 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with PAXBP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAXBP1 results are reported.
