PAX9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,998 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXA1_S331, EPSTI1_S65, and APBB2. Each is linked with PAX9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX9-to-partner and partner-to-PAX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
